Perfect for families or groups, the home sleeps up to 13 guests (per Scottsdale City Code, all dwelling units shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults) and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, memorable getaway.

OFFICIAL RULES OF PLAY
1. Tickets will be sold on Cancer Support Community Arizona’s (CSCAZ’s) website through July 18, 2025. Tickets can be bought online at https://cscaz.gnosishosting.net/Portal/pickleballraffle or at Chicken N Pickle in Glendale on July 20 between 10 AM and 1 PM.
2. In accordance with IRS tax laws, ticket purchases are not tax-deductible nor considered a donation to CSCAZ.
3. The Prize consists of a two-night staycation at a Scottsdale vacation rental property. This resort-style home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and a stunning backyard complete with a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, private pickleball court, and putting green. Perfect for families or groups, the home sleeps up to 13 guests (max. 6 adults) and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, memorable getaway. The total value of the prize is approximately $800.
4. CSCAZ’s Scottsdale Staycation drawing will take place on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Cancer Support Community Arizona, located at 360 East Palm Lane Phoenix, AZ 85004. One winning entry will be drawn. The raffle winner need not be present. Identification that matches the name on the winning raffle ticket will be required to claim the prize.
5. Tickets can be purchased for $10.00 each or six (6) for $50.00.
6. The Raffle is open to legal residents of the State of Arizona, United States, who are physically located in the State of Arizona, United States, and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of CSCAZ and their immediate families living at the same address are excluded from purchasing a ticket. For the purposes of the Raffle, “immediate families” include an employee’s spouse, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, and household members living at the same address. Purchasers of raffle tickets may not re-sell their raffle tickets to other parties and may not knowingly give raffle tickets away to others for the purpose of allowing those other parties to re-sell such raffle tickets. All raffle tickets which have been resold in violation of these Official Rules shall be void. All individuals who re-sell, purchase, or receive raffle tickets in violation of these Official Rules shall be ineligible to participate in the raffle or to win the Prize. No CSCAZ member, director, officer, employee, or agent will receive any direct or indirect pecuniary benefit from the Scottsdale Staycation Raffle.
7. The winner will be notified by email and/or by phone by CSCAZ. The winning ticket holder must claim their prize by July 31, 2025, at the Cancer Support Community Arizona offices located at 360 East Palm Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85004. If the prize is unclaimed, another winner will be drawn.
8. All winners must agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by CSCAZ.
9. TAXES and FEES. Prize winner is responsible for paying taxes, fees, and any applicable federal and state income taxes.
10. Cancer Support Community is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur once the Prize has been redeemed.
11. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS. Cancer Support Community Arizona, and their employees, will not be responsible for or liable to any prize winner, winner’s family, or estate for any submissions of entries that are lost, late, illegible, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Cancer Support Community Arizona can, at any time it chooses without recourse, decide to terminate or modify the Raffle if the integrity of the Raffle appears to be compromised. If the Raffle is canceled, all monies paid for raffle tickets will be returned to entrants. Decisions of CSCAZ related to the winner, interpretation of Official Rules, and other matters related to this Raffle are final.
