Rise & Recharge is Cancer Support Community Arizona’s monthly Saturday self-care day. It features activities for you and your family, including educational sessions, healthy lifestyle classes, support groups, and a free lunch.
Whether you are a brand-new participant or someone already familiar with CSCAZ, join us on our campus in Phoenix or Flagstaff, where we will have several different programs and classes going on at the same time. You can attend one program or all, whatever fits your schedule. Rise & Recharge is an opportunity to try out classes you haven’t participated in before, meet new people, and enjoy a meal. In addition, if you have a friend or family member who might benefit from our services, please invite them, as we will have a newcomer orientation first thing in the morning.
On Saturday, January 31st, the schedule is as follows:
Newcomer Orientation – 9:00 AM
Kick off the day at Newcomer Orientation at 9:00 AM. It’s the perfect starting point for first-time visitors and a meaningful check-in for returning guests.
