Rise & Recharge is Cancer Support Community Northern Arizona’s monthly Saturday self-care day. It features FREE activities for you and your family, including educational sessions, healthy lifestyle classes, support groups, and a free lunch.
Whether you are a brand-new participant or someone already familiar with CSCAZ, join us on our campus at 914 N San Francisco Street, Ste G, in Flagstaff, where we will have several different programs and classes. Rise & Recharge is an opportunity to try out classes you haven’t participated in before, meet new people, and enjoy a meal.
