Family Game Night
Put on your game face for our monthly Family Game Night. Lots of friendly competition and fun as families go head-to-head playing Jeopardy, Family Feud, or other games.
It’s a perfect night out for families and will give you a chance to meet with other participants in our Youth, Teen and Family community. Individual participants are welcome, too!
Homecoming Dance
Open to members of our Youth, Teen & Family Program ages 13 to 21, this FREE homecoming dance comes with a lot of perks, all designed to make you the star of this special day. We will provide you with a free formal dress or suit for the big event, hair and makeup services and a catered dinner. There will be separate activities for parents as well.
We know that being a teen impacted by cancer means you sometimes miss out on some of the fun events that make up these years. Maybe you even missed your own school’s Homecoming. Let this be a night where you can put that aside and focus on making new friends and cherished memories as you eat, talk and dance the night away.
Rise & Recharge
Rise and Recharge is our monthly Saturday half-day, drop-in programs. Rise and Recharge features activities for you and your family, and you can participate in as many programs as you’d like, including educational sessions, healthy lifestyles classes, and games, plus newcomer orientations for those joining us for the first time.
Teen Support Group: Cookies & Community
Get connected with other youth ages 12 and older who have been impacted by cancer.
This group is a safe space to freely express emotions and thoughts about how cancer is affecting them (either because of a personal diagnosis or that of a caregiver or loved one). By incorporating fun activities like art and games, you will learn new coping skills for managing your emotions. Bonus: cookies will be provided!
Trunk or Treat
Our fun and spooky Halloween festivities with our annual Trunk or Treat event. This free, family-friendly event will be held outside of our historic main campus.
Trick-or-treaters of all ages are urged to come dressed in their Halloween best and compete for prizes in our costume contests. They’ll walk through rows of decked-out vehicle trunks ready with plenty of goodies for trick-or-treaters. (There will also be prizes for the best-decorated trunks during the evening).
