1. Tickets will be sold on Cancer Support Community Arizona’s (CSCAZ’s) website. Tickets can be bought online at [link removed, raffle is closed]. Sales will end on Friday June 28, 2024.

2. In accordance with IRS tax laws, ticket purchases are not tax deductible nor considered a donation to CSCAZ.

3. The Prize consists of (2) Floor Seats (Section A15, Row 17, Seats 5&6) to Taylor Swift Eras Tour on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida, $1,000 in Southwest Airlines gift cards, hotel accommodations for Friday, October 18 – Sunday, October 20 at The Shepley Hotel in South Beach, and a $500 Visa gift card. The total value of the prize is approximately $12,611.16.

4. CSCAZ’s Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Miami Raffle drawing will take place on Monday, July 1^st at Cancer Support Community Arizona located at 360 East Palm Lane Phoenix, AZ 85004. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation System from all raffle numbers sold. One winning entry will be drawn. The raffle winner need not be present. Identification that matches the name on the winning raffle ticket will be required to claim the prize. The drawing will be filmed and posted to CSCAZ’s social media accounts.

5. Tickets can be purchased for $100.00 each.

6. Requests for specific raffle ticket numbers are not accepted as numbers are generated from a Random Selection System.

7. The Raffle is open to legal residents of the State of Arizona, United States, who are physically located in the State of Arizona, United States, and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.  Employees of CSCAZ and their immediate families living at the same address are excluded from purchasing a ticket. For the purposes of the Raffle, “immediate families” include an employee’s spouse, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, and household members living at the same address.  Purchasers of raffle tickets may not re-sell their raffle tickets to other parties and may not knowingly give raffle tickets away to others for the purpose of allowing those other parties to re-sell such raffle tickets. All raffle tickets which have been resold in violation of these Official Rules shall be void. All individuals who re-sell, purchase, or receive raffle tickets in violation of these Official Rules shall be ineligible to participate in the raffle or to win the Prize. No CSCAZ member, director, officer, employee, or agent will receive any direct or indirect pecuniary benefit from the Taylor Swift Raffle.

8. One grand prize will be awarded for the draw and the winning ticket number and name will be posted online at https://cscaz.org/lp/taylor-swift-eras-tour-miami-raffle/.

9. The winner will be notified by email and/or by phone by CSCAZ. The winning ticket holder must claim their prize by July 15, 2024, at the Cancer Support Community Arizona offices located at 360 East Palm Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85004. If the prize is unclaimed, another winner will be drawn.

10. All winners must agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by CSCAZ.

11. Cancer Support Community is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur once the Prize has been redeemed.

12. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS. Cancer Support Community Arizona, and their employees, will not be responsible for or liable to any prize winner, winner’s family, or estate for any submissions of entries that are lost, late, illegible, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Cancer Support Community Arizona can, at any time it chooses without recourse, decide to terminate, or modify the Raffle if the integrity of the Raffle appears to be compromised. If the Raffle is canceled, all monies paid for raffle tickets will be returned to entrants. Decisions of CSCAZ related to the winner, interpretation of Official Rules, and other matters related to this Raffle are final.

13. TAXES AND FEES. Cancer Support Community Arizona will pay the income taxes owed on taxable income derived from the Prizeon behalf of the Raffle Winner.  The Prize will not be delivered to the Raffle Winner until Cancer Support Community Arizona has received from the Raffle Winner a completed and executed IRS Form W-2G and any other documentation that may be required. The federal tax withholding laws in effect at the time the Prize is to be distributed to the Raffle Winner will be followed.
