OFFICIAL RULES OF PLAY
2. In accordance with IRS tax laws, ticket purchases are not tax deductible nor considered a donation to CSCAZ.
1. Tickets will be sold on Cancer Support Community Arizona’s (CSCAZ’s) website thru Friday, October 25th. Tickets can be bought online at (landing page to be created on CSCAZ’s website). Additional tickets will be sold at Cancer Support Community Arizona’s 21st Annual Porch Party Gala: Denim and Diamonds on Saturday, October 26, 2024, starting at 6:00 pm.
3. The Prize consists of (4) Seats (Section 111, Row J, Seats 3,4,5&6) to Zach Bryan “The Quittin Time Tour” on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona. The total value of the prize is approximately $3,000.
4. CSCAZ’s Zach Bryan Premium Concert Raffle drawing will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Cancer Support Community Arizona located at 360 East Palm Lane Phoenix, AZ 85004. One winning entry will be drawn. The raffle winner need not be present. Identification that matches the name on the winning raffle ticket will be required to claim the prize.
5. Tickets can be purchased for $50.00 each.
7. The Raffle is open to legal residents of the State of Arizona, United States, who are physically located in the State of Arizona, United States, and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of CSCAZ and their immediate families living at the same address are excluded from purchasing a ticket. For the purposes of the Raffle, “immediate families” include an employee’s spouse, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, and household members living at the same address. Purchasers of raffle tickets may not re-sell their raffle tickets to other parties and may not knowingly give raffle tickets away to others for the purpose of allowing those other parties to re-sell such raffle tickets. All raffle tickets which have been resold in violation of these Official Rules shall be void. All individuals who re-sell, purchase, or receive raffle tickets in violation of these Official Rules shall be ineligible to participate in the raffle or to win the Prize. No CSCAZ member, director, officer, employee, or agent will receive any direct or indirect pecuniary benefit from the Zach Bryan Raffle.
9. The winner (if not present at Porch Party on October 26th) will be notified by email and/or by phone by CSCAZ. The winning ticket holder must claim their prize by November 8, 2024, at the Cancer Support Community Arizona offices located at 360 East Palm Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85004. If the prize is unclaimed, another winner will be drawn.
10. All winners must agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by CSCAZ.
12. Cancer Support Community is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur once the Prize has been redeemed.
13. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS. Cancer Support Community Arizona, and their employees, will not be responsible for or liable to any prize winner, winner’s family, or estate for any submissions of entries that are lost, late, illegible, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Cancer Support Community Arizona can, at any time it chooses without recourse, decide to terminate or modify the Raffle if the integrity of the Raffle appears to be compromised. If the Raffle is canceled, all monies paid for raffle tickets will be returned to entrants. Decisions of CSCAZ related to the winner, interpretation of Official Rules, and other matters related to this Raffle are final.
